1. Acceptance and operator

These terms govern access to and use of billetaxo.com, a digital platform operated under the Billetaxo brand from the Dominican Republic. By creating an account, submitting a request or using a service, users confirm that they have read and accept the current terms.

If you disagree, do not start a transaction. Specific terms shown before confirming a purchase, quote or service form part of the agreement and take precedence for that transaction.

2. Available services

Billetaxo combines services with different legal roles:

  • Billetaxo-managed services: Cuba top-ups and payments, USDT and DOP exchange requests, accounts, saved numbers and the BTX program.
  • Third-party services: flight, hotel, car, eSIM and other searches or links completed on a provider’s platform.
  • Advisory services: expressly retained travel or document guidance that does not replace an authority, lawyer, consulate or issuing agency.

Each service may be subject to availability, limits, verification and additional terms disclosed before performance.

3. Account and Google sign-in

An account is required to request top-ups, payments to Cuba and exchanges. Google sign-in uses only the verified email and identifier needed to recognize the account. Users are responsible for protecting their Google account, signing out on shared devices and reporting unauthorized access.

Accounts are personal. Billetaxo may suspend access where there are reasonable signs of fraud, impersonation, abuse, breach or risk to others. Suspension does not remove accrued rights or outstanding obligations.

4. Cuba top-ups

Users must verify the destination number, product, amount and payment method before confirming. A top-up correctly delivered to the number provided cannot be reversed because it is an immediately performed digital service.

An order is accepted when Billetaxo confirms the reference and payment terms. If a product becomes unavailable, contains an obvious pricing error or cannot be processed, we may cancel, offer an alternative or return funds received. Displayed delivery times are estimates and may depend on the operator or top-up provider.

5. Payments to Cuba

Users must verify the delivery method, beneficiary amount, contact details and, where applicable, the card or delivery area. A quote captures the stated rules and rates for a limited period; if it expires before the order or payment is completed, the amount may be updated.

Payments to Cuba are processed manually after the payment is confirmed. Customers may pay by DOP bank transfer or, when enabled, by sending the exact USDT amount over the specified network. Billetaxo uses its public USDT/DOP buy rate, fed by Binance references when automatic mode is active, to calculate quotes; this does not imply sponsorship or a guarantee by Binance. Funds must not be sent to an expired quote or through a different network, address or account.

6. USDT and DOP exchange requests

The calculator provides a reference and the form records a request; neither alone is an executed transaction. The rate, validity period, network, amount, destination account and instructions must be confirmed before funds are sent.

Cryptoasset transfers are generally irreversible. Users are responsible for the network, address and amount used. Billetaxo may request receipts or identity and source-of-funds information, apply limits or reject a request for availability, compliance, security or fraud-risk reasons.

7. Flights, hotels, cars and eSIM

Billetaxo acts as a search, comparison or referral channel for these offers. Booking, issuance, payment and performance are completed directly with the external provider identified before the user continues. The provider’s rules govern fares, baggage, changes, cancellations, coverage and refunds.

Some links are affiliate links and may generate a commission for Billetaxo. This does not make Billetaxo an airline, hotel, rental company, mobile operator or issuing travel agency, and does not allow us to alter an external booking.

8. Travel advisory services

Advisory work consists of guidance and document support within the agreed scope. It does not guarantee visa approval, appointment availability, a booking or an immigration authority’s decision. Billetaxo does not represent consulates or collect official fees on their behalf.

Bookings issued by a partner agency or provider create a direct contractual relationship with that third party. Advisory fees, deliverables and cancellation terms are disclosed before payment.

9. Prices, payments and errors

Amounts and currencies are displayed before confirmation. They may change due to availability, rates, bank fees or network costs. Users must follow only the instructions linked to a current reference and retain proof of payment.

An obvious typographical or technical error does not require performance on incorrect terms. If Billetaxo has already received funds, it will communicate a correction, alternative or applicable refund.

10. BTX rewards program

BTX are Billetaxo promotional points. They are not money, virtual currency, a deposit, cryptoasset or financial instrument; they have no fixed DOP or other currency equivalent, do not earn interest and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Billetaxo may define campaigns, eligibility, expiry, limits and redemption methods. Legitimately earned points will not be removed arbitrarily, but duplicate, fraudulent or mistakenly awarded entries may be corrected. Material changes will be communicated before affecting future program use.

11. Acceptable use

Users must not impersonate others, attack systems, automate abusive requests, evade controls, provide false information, infringe third-party rights or conduct unlawful activity. Users must provide accurate data and update relevant information before a transaction.

12. Intellectual property

The brand, design, original text, software and other proprietary elements belong to Billetaxo or are used with permission. Personal use is allowed; copying, resale, systematic extraction or commercial exploitation without written permission is not.

13. Availability and liability

Billetaxo seeks to keep information and systems available, but maintenance, outages or third-party delays may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or mandatory consumer rights under Dominican Republic Law No. 358-05.

For external services, Billetaxo is responsible for its own role as a referral platform, not the provider’s performance. For managed services, liability is assessed based on proven direct loss, the specific transaction and applicable law.

14. Cancellations and claims

Rules by service are set out in the Cancellations and Refunds Policy. To report an issue, use the claims form and keep the assigned reference.

15. Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Dominican Republic, including Law No. 358-05 on Consumer Protection and Law No. 126-02 on Electronic Commerce, Documents and Digital Signatures. Before formal proceedings, the parties will seek direct support and claim resolution without restricting a consumer’s access to a competent authority or court.

Billetaxo may update these terms for legal, technical or service changes. A new version applies from its stated date and will not retroactively alter completed transactions unless required by law.
